convenient location tasty food friendly staff
The location was very convenient. I easily accessed nearby attractions. The on-site bar served tasty food and drinks. Staff members were friendly and helpful, contributing to a cheerful atmosphere.
The room was quite small , made moving around a bit difficult.

Central and Convenient Stay
central location friendly staff
The location was very central to everything. I found parking on the premises, a real bonus (especially in that area!). The staff are friendly and helpful. Freshly cooked meals were really nice.
My room was small and felt dated with cobwebs. The bathroom floor felt very wet due to condensation running down the wall. Bedsprings were also sticking up, so it felt uncomfortable.

charming stay near everything
central location friendly staff clean room convenient parking
the location was fantastic , close to everything i wanted to see. i parked my car and didn't need it for two days , this was very convenient. the pub staff were friendly and helpful , and i found that to be a plus. the room was clean , which i always appreciate.
the room was a bit small for my liking.

the location was acceptable, it was close to many things.
i really dislike the room, it felt too small. the bathroom was also very small, i barely had room to move. the bed was not comfortable at all, and i think i even saw fleas.

I found the staff very friendly and cute. The free on-site parking was a significant advantage. I appreciated the central location, which allowed easy access to many attractions. The room included all essential amenities, which met my basic needs well.
I noticed a slight musty odor in the bathroom, though it was manageable.

charming getaway!
free parking central location
I was kinda surprised by the free parking. It's rare to find that so close to the attractions. the staff was very cute, showing me to my room and explaining everything clearly. the location stood out, with the shambles and a handy wetherspoons just a short walk away.
the photos online made the room seem much larger. it felt cramped and outdated. i really think some refurbishment could help a lot.

the twin room private bathroom offered ample clothes hangers, very helpful. toiletries were provided and there were plenty of toilet rolls, a practical touch. heaters, a kettle, and tea and coffee making facilities were also available in the room.

Breakfast was lovely and fresh! the scrambled egg was hot and fresh. i did not have a chance to try the bar food but the bar serves a good pint. I enjoyed it. it was so convenient to have dining options available.

The hotel is within a short walking distance of the city centre so it's so easy to get to everything. I found it very convenient. the shambles are only a 5-minute walk away. there is a view of the river from the courtyard.

the hotel provides free parking behind a locked gate which is a huge bonus in such a central location. each room has its own key box so self check in was a simple process, and i really appreciate this. there is a bar on the premises too.
