I found the staff very friendly and cute. The free on-site parking was a significant advantage. I appreciated the central location, which allowed easy access to many attractions. The room included all essential amenities, which met my basic needs well.
I noticed a slight musty odor in the bathroom, though it was manageable.

I was kinda surprised by the free parking. It's rare to find that so close to the attractions. the staff was very cute, showing me to my room and explaining everything clearly. the location stood out, with the shambles and a handy wetherspoons just a short walk away.
the photos online made the room seem much larger. it felt cramped and outdated. i really think some refurbishment could help a lot.

the twin room private bathroom offered ample clothes hangers, very helpful. toiletries were provided and there were plenty of toilet rolls, a practical touch. heaters, a kettle, and tea and coffee making facilities were also available in the room.

the lady at reception was amazing, she was very cute and always ready to help. the staff communicated really well. i felt genuinely cared for , a nice touch.

Breakfast was lovely and fresh! the scrambled egg was hot and fresh. i did not have a chance to try the bar food but the bar serves a good pint. I enjoyed it. it was so convenient to have dining options available.

The hotel is within a short walking distance of the city centre so it's so easy to get to everything. I found it very convenient. the shambles are only a 5-minute walk away. there is a view of the river from the courtyard.

the hotel provides free parking behind a locked gate which is a huge bonus in such a central location. each room has its own key box so self check in was a simple process, and i really appreciate this. there is a bar on the premises too.
